Rusty Phillips is a veteran hairdresser of 40 years, and the owner of Belle Epoque an Atelier Salon. He is well versed in hair coloring and styling, and keeps updated by taking classes in New York and throughout the country. In addition to his salon, Rusty is a hair color educator and Regional Education Director for TIGI Hair Care, and travels the country sharing his passion and knowledge of the profession at various hairdressing schools, salons, and hair shows . He has been published in several magazines and won several awards. By combining the knowledge of his craft, creativity, and consultations with his clients, he strives to give them their own unique style and color.
